1. The platform
Veloxis is the internal audit management platform of Vipin Gujarathi & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Access is limited to the firm's team members and to client users expressly invited by the firm.
2. Acceptable use
Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Users may only access engagements they are authorised for, and must keep credentials and any engagement material confidential.
3. Client uploads
Documents uploaded through the client portal are used solely for the professional engagement they relate to, and are retained in line with the firm's record-keeping obligations under applicable law and professional standards.
4. Professional responsibility
All audit opinions, reports and certifications remain the responsibility of the signing partner. Platform outputs are working material, not professional advice, until reviewed and signed by the firm.
