1. What we hold
The platform stores the information needed to run professional engagements: user account details, engagement records, and documents provided by clients or prepared by the firm's team.
2. Why we hold it
Data is processed only for the conduct of audit and assurance engagements, statutory record-keeping, and the security of the platform itself. It is not sold or used for advertising.
3. Protection and retention
Access is role-based and engagement-scoped; every access is logged. Working papers and documents are retained for the period required by applicable law and the firm's retention policy, after which they are disposed of securely.
4. Your rights
Requests concerning personal data held on the platform may be addressed to the firm. Applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, governs this policy.
